NAAC accreditation & IQAC
NAAC 'B' grade in the second cycle (certificates published as two PDFs). The IQAC maintains AQAR evidence across all seven NAAC criteria (28 criteria sub-pages of downloadable evidence PDFs, from Curricular Planning to Institutional Distinctiveness), best-practices documentation (7.2.1 PDF), academic calendars, and year-wise composition. Chairperson: Mrs. Anuja Brahma; Co-ordinator: Mrs. Deepshikha V Jain; the Trust Chairman Mr. Prakash Mutha sits as a member.
Professional ethics for staff
Twenty published standards for teaching and non-teaching staff. Attendance: report on time; three late arrivals per week count as one absent day; presence required before/after holidays. Leave: 15 casual leave days annually, 6 medical leave days per semester with documentation, prior notice required, excess leave triggers salary deduction. Compensation: salary subject to PF and Professional Tax per Maharashtra government rules; yearly appraisals determine continuation and increments; financial support (conveyance and registration fees) for faculty upgradation upon approval. Conduct: appropriate dress (western outfits not allowed for teachers), respectful language with all stakeholders, private tutoring in one's own subject prohibited, timely reporting to management. Duties: extended hours when ordered, participation in extracurriculars, committee and invigilation duties strictly followed, maintaining student discipline. Research and higher-studies accommodations available with approval.
Code of Conduct for students
"Self discipline is the best discipline." ID cards must be worn at all times and produced on request, and carried when representing the college outside. No loitering in corridors during lectures; outsiders prohibited without prior permission; no fund collection without written authorization; picnics require Principal approval. No formal dress code, but students must dress decently in accordance with an educational institution. Students are responsible for damage to college property and share responsibility for campus cleanliness. Consumption of intoxicants, smoking, and chewing gutkha or tobacco is strictly prohibited. Ragging is a cognizable offense. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the classroom. Rustication applies for misbehavior or antisocial conduct; medical leave requires proper submission procedure.
Anti-Ragging Policy
Zero-tolerance policy with a fully operational Anti Ragging Committee including teacher and student representatives. Ragging is defined in ten categories — teasing of freshers by word or act, physical abuse including sexual assault and stripping, financial extortion or forceful expenditure, harassment based on colour, race, religion, caste, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, and mental abuse, bullying, or exclusion. Prevention: students and parents must submit anti-ragging affidavits (antiragging.in), annual awareness drives, and identity verification at college entrances. Penalties range from suspension, withholding of scholarships/results, exam and event bans, and admission cancellation to rustication for one to four semesters and expulsion with debarring from other institutions.
Right to Information (RTI)
An RTI page exists on the legacy site, but officer names and designations are not rendered in the page text (content gap to fill with the client).
Internal Compliances Committee
Committee page exists on the legacy site; member names and POSH details are not rendered in text (content gap). The Women Development Cell publishes the Vishaka Guidelines.
Institutional Ethics, Best Practices & Institutional Distinctiveness
Footer compliance pages exist; the Institutional Ethics policy text is not rendered inline, and Best Practices / Institutional Distinctiveness content lives in NAAC evidence PDFs rather than on the pages themselves.
Feedback system
Stakeholder feedback is collected via Google Forms from students, teachers, and alumni, plus a Student Satisfaction Survey. Parent and employer feedback pages exist but carry no forms (gap). The published survey link points to a form *edit* URL rather than the viewform — a live-site bug.
Alumni & ABC ID
The alumni page is a landing page with a feedback form link; alumni representatives named in the IQAC are Ms. Mayuri Patil, Ms. Shraddha Bhoir, and Mr. Pankaj Chavan. The Students Zone menu links to the Academic Bank of Credits (abc.gov.in) for ABC IDs.
Legacy placeholder pages
Roughly 12 legacy pages are empty placeholders or landing pages without inline content: Online Admission ("Coming Soon"), Certificate Courses, Bibliography, About IQAC, NAAC Cycle, IQAC Annual Reports, IQAC Minutes, AQAR Reports, IQAC Composition, IQAC Academic Calendar, Best Practices, Institutional Distinctiveness, plus the parent/employer feedback pages, RTI, Internal Compliances Committee, Institutional Ethics, and Alumni pages lacking inline text.
